You have up to 14 days after you receive your purchase to exchange or refund an item.

WE CANNOT exchange or refund any item unless it was delivered damaged or broken.

Because of the personal and precious nature of jewelry I will not exchange pieces that have been worn.

If your items were delivered damaged you have 14 days to return the item

We cannot replace or exchange items that have been dropped, lost, scratched, crushed, mishandled, on the purchasers part.

Please handle your purchase with care.
We are not responsible for accidents.

Please carefully read the specifications of the item you are ordering, be sure you are aware of the size and material of your item. 

 Orders are SHIPPED within 1-2 weeks,not including weekends.  DELIVERY can take up 2 weeks for domestic orders and up to 8 weeks for international orders.
